Please check the size on the product page first. Most returns happen because of an incorrect size selection — measure your hood (width × length) before ordering to make sure the product will fit. Right of Withdrawal (legally required)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason (right of withdrawal under EU/Dutch consumer law).
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
Unused and undamaged
In its original packaging, with all labels attached
Not mounted or installed on the vehicle (mounting marks, scratches, or dirt make the item ineligible for resale)

Include photos of the product in its original condition
Once approved, you'll receive return instructions and the return address
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly. We recommend factoring this in before purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll refund the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) within 14 days, using the original payment method.
Excluded from return
Products showing visible signs of use, scratches, or mounting marks
Products without original packaging or labels
Custom-made / personalized products (e.g. custom flag designs made to order) — these are excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law
Received a defective or wrong item?
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. In this case, return shipping is on us, and we'll send a free replacement or refund.
